Refund Policy

Orders are cancellable before dispatch. Contact us with your order/invoice number for cancellation. A full refund is issued if not dispatched.

Contact us within 30 days of receiving goods for returns. Provide the original invoice number and return reason. Returned items must be in original packaging. Return cost is your responsibility. Include a photocopy of the original invoice for a full credit.

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving faulty, defective, or incorrectly supplied items. We offer a "no charge" collection, repair, and delivery service. Ensure someone is present during courier collection.
